When I was replacing my universal remote, I consulted with an independent home theater geek who had originally set up my system. He recommended a universal remote which cost over $400 and really did much more than I needed. I purchased a Logitech in the store at the recommendation of the sales person. It cost around $60. It was programmed in the home by the Geek Squad and does everything I need. I'm pleased for a lot less money.

The installers had this installed and working in minutes. It is so easy to use that I can't believe I didn't purchase it earlier. A life saver!

Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my universal remote control. He reprogramed a few things and we practiced my using it and getting familiar with the buttons. I had my tv installed over a year ago and the remote was a lot for me to grasp at one time. I should have called the Geek Squad months earlier to refresh my memory on what the original tech had told me. All is great now!!

If you know nothing of home theaters, these are the guys you want! So very professional, personable and knowledgeable!

The Geek Squad Technician greatly exceeded my expectations by doing a great job of programming my Harmony Remote in conjunction with my new TV box . The Harmony Remote is great because I can manage all of my stereo system components with one Remote. The programmer was professional, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of programming and installations! Dave and Tim called ahead and came on time. Dave spent a good deal of effort trying to find the programming issue with my older Harmony 900 remote but it was beyond receiving any soft wear. I had purchased a new elite model in case and they set this up in short order. They extra time spent trying to solve the old remote problem was above and beyond normal service and certainly appreciated. Both made a good team. Their experienced and professional approach to the problem is comforting. I would use them again!

The Geek Squad did a great job of programming the all-in-one remote control. Life is much simpler with one controller for 5 devices.

The Best Buy technician, Carlo (i believe) arrived, was very polite & professional, quickly programmed the remote, added some additional features we previously didn't have, & corrected an issue from a previous installation that might have been partially caused by ourselves. He was very efficient & knowledgeable & we cant express how very satisfied we were with his service.

We had a great technician who knew what he was doing. He programmed our tv remote that controls our surround sound, etc. and did so correctly and efficiently. Was professional. Also we used him to program our second tv remote with surround sound for additional charge that was well worth it. Good service except for trying to schedule appointment with Geek Squad which proved difficult because I was kept on hold forever both times I called. However, I would use them again. Price was pretty fair and the guy knew what he was doing.

I am happy with the end result. However it did a lot of phone calls to get the attention we needed to get the finished product. Some of your techs are great, others not so great. A lot of no shows or canceled appointments. Got a bit frustrating. We like the Harmony remote.

Easy to use. It's controls every piece of tv related equipment that we have hooked up. The people who came were very knowledgable.

I recently replace an entire entertainment system and these guys did a fantastic job getting all items linked to my remote and working flawlessly. They showed me how to use the app to make changes down the road, should I ever need to. Yes, I hated to part with additional $$ after buying a lot of new equipment, but am so glad I did. Instant gratification having everything working great on the day of delivery. It's not as easy as it looks.

Tech was very knowledgeable and quick has called to check on how services working. Unfortunately, since you last called, we seem to have a few issues with the remote. I will check to see if it’s operator error and if not, I will contact the tech.

I have a harmony remote that they were reprogramming. There was an issue with it being able to communicate with the cable box and potential that it may not be able to . They called other technical resources for a consultation and the result was fully functionality! Who knew there was the potential for needing so much technical knowledge? Very professional, dedicated, persistent and effective. They explained the issue, the plan of attack and the fix. Great job.

Problem with my remote for my new LG tv. The service person was quick to rectify my problem by going into the tv’s system and made the necessary adjustments. It works perfectly now.

This remote is idiot proof. So nice to only have one remote that manages all the systems...TV, Blue Ray, Sound Bar, ...

We opted to upgrade to the Harmony programming while an entire sound system/speaker install was being performed. It is a little pricey, but the installers were very patient with our questions for use and requests for adding certain programming features. There is a bit of a learning curve when first using the remote, but once you get used to it, it is pretty simple and makes using all the peripherals much easier to use and operate. Also, switching between different sources is much easier with the remote than without.
