The agent reprogrammed our old Harmony controller to work with a new TV, old Denon Receiver, Internet access, and Bose theater speaker system. The goal was to simplify system turn on/off, input selection, program selection, and audio control. It is a limited improvement over the collection of controllers.

The Geek Squad agent set up, who set up my new remote was great! He had it done in no time at all, and was happy to answer our questions. My husband was having a hard time seeing the up and down volume arrows on the black remote so I put a dot of white nail polish at each end of the volume and he's happy now. We love the Geek Squad Service, and have always been happy with it.

Kevin McCarthy reprogrammed my Harmony Remote in a short time and it works perfectly. He also helped start up new Definitive Technology speakers for a 7.1 surround sound system (repositioning 2 old speakers as part of the 7.1 system. He took the time to do it right and it is great. Definitely would want Kevin backfire any future work.

Fantastic customer service from the 2 GEEK squad technicians that arrived at my residence to program my new REMOTE CONTROL to my entertainment center. Both technicians were professional,knowledgeable, respectful and provided me with a wonderful tutorial on the use of my new remote control. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Due to the newest Samsung Blu-Ray player having a problem making it not work properly he had to come back another day with a 2nd Blu-Ray. It also did not work. He came back again. Then he finally made a 4th trip with a different model of Samsung Blu-Ray and it finally worked. He was fantastic in the effort he put in toward our problem. He installed the Blu-Ray, got it added into our home network, and added it to our Harmony Ultimate remote control. It was not his fault, but he worked like a dog for us.

Cas from the Edwardsville, IL store programmed my Harmony remote control device. She understood the task at hand and worked efficiently. Cas involved me in the programming process so that I would understand the functions. I was pleased with her thoroughness. I would work with Cas again. Thank you for sending her!

While delivering our new 60" smart TV, the delivery guys/Geek Squad also reprogrammed the universal remote control that we had been using on our previous TV so that it would work on our new TV. They listened to what we wanted it to do and programmed it to do it. Since we had paid a good bit of money for the universal remote not all that long ago, we were very happy that we are able to continue using it on our new TV.

Jason H did a great job. The Harmony was not repairable, He fixed the Sony Remote so it would do the job and cleaned up all the extra wires left from previous installations and repairs. He has my sound system working better than ever.

Works well but has a learning curve. Once you learn your way around it, I was impressed with all that can be done with it

This harmony hub remote is the best multi system remote control we've ever had! Our first one lasted 5 years so we bought a new one and our Geek Squad team connected it to our new Samsung Smart qled TV, soundbar, etc. It is really great to help keeping all systems in sync and it has a built-in help/trouble shooting system which is fantastic for anyone a bit more tech challeged! Geek Squad install for whole system is the best way to go! Worth every penny!! Trustworthy and highly skilled, kind and helpful people!!

I'm not a tech savy person and needed help with combining the TV, Bose system and media box remotes to be used with a universal remote and the Best Buy Geek Squad was able to help me on this matter. They are knowledgable, and were fast on installtion. The only con was scheduling. Due to limiting staff and availability they are a week out on appointments. Overall very satatisted with service and will us again on future purchases and installation jobs.

The tech support people Tom Huber and Nick Boone are great! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to come if they have time and are willing to come back if they couldn’t fix problem. As older people we need good tech support. Going to store to make appointments is frustrating! Using the website is worse!! .

Both frank and his assistant troubleshooted my problem with my cord avoiding putting a hole In the wall to mounting the Apple TV receiver on top of my tv. Genius! Before you new it , the unsightly cord was taken care of and my new remote up and running! They were very helpful with our WiFi and router. Thanks so much for making our life easier with the simple fixes! You guys are the best!

The Geek Squad tech was very professional and efficient. He quickly re-programmed the remote, and gave me some advice on another job I will be asking the Geek Squad to handle in the near future. I was most impressed with his vast knowledge of all the electronic devices we talked about. He was very helpful. His name is Vince Cardin.

Vincent fixed everything perfectly. He was able to program remotes, fix sound on theatre, set all sets to HDMI one, fixed the speed on my internet. All the things we needed him to do were accomplished as requested. If we needed an item to resolve an issue, Vincent brought or ordered what was needed. He is a very smart tech person and knows his stuff!

The technician did an excellent job, the remote had to be reprogramed which he handled very quickly and that seemed to solved all of my issues. i gratefully appreciate the excellent work that was performed on that day and haven't had any other problems since.

The agents adjusted our new projector to give us the best picture possible. This was necessary because a third party, used by Best Buy did not do the job properly the first time. Blake Rast and his partner got the best picture possible for us and programmed a new universal remote that operates all of our devices in the home theatre room. Everything is working great as a result.

I added Apple TV and whenever I used it I had to manually switch the setting on my receiver. Geek Squad adjusted my Remote and Receiver and now I can remotely switch from watching cable to Apple TV and from Apple TV to any of my Video Players and to Cable box. I could not do that because there is a special laptop program needed to make such adjustments.

I got rid of my touch screen harmony remote long ago. Tony from Geek Squad programmed my U.R.C. MX-990 remote for me and even got rid of the echo in my headphones for me. He explained what was causing the echo but, he moved so fast I don't understand why the headphones echoed in the first place. Both Tony and his partner were here for about 45 minutes.
