Geek squad was able to repair problem with my old Harmony remote therefore I returned my newly purchased remote.

My Geek Squad double Agent quickly determined what needed to do for my home theater system and then he fixed it. He explained it all to me and showed me how to use the buttons on the remotes. Thanks.

Terrible service. This is the second attempt for service. The first time you canceled the day of the appointment. This second one, you canceled inside of 24 hours. I rearrangement my schedule for these appointments and you wasted my days without any explanation. I received voice messages from your support center after the fact from a person with such a heavy accent I could not understand what was being said. I will never use Geek squad again, you cannot be relied upon. A one star rating is too high.

Had an agent out to reprogram my home theater remote that the Dish Network installer screwed up when we switched to Dish service. Geek Squad guy identified the problem and fixed it in 10 min.

Knowledgeable technician. Got the work done efficiently and accurately, Made some great suggestions as to add-on opportunities after I questioned him. Not pushy or snobby at all.

The agents had a problem programming the Harmony remote in order to make all components switch from TV to Movies. Problem was eventually solved.

Programmed my universal remote, Alexa, and harmony hub. Challenging but the agent overcame all the hurdles and got it all up and running. Job well done!
