      I had my remote programmed and the technician was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Even gave his card and told me to let him know if I encountered any problems. I haven't had to.

      I would have BB do the install. It requires a lot if you do not have tech knowledge. My tech installed and walked me through and saved me HOURS. Worth the extra money
