Overall they do a great job

Good points is they try and make you happy, bad thing is they leave a message on phone and tell you to call them but when you do they do not return call so that defeats the purpose of leaving message. If you are not going to do what you say you are going to do then do not offer service. also not sure why it always takes a week to get out to home to do service. from my buy experience to happiness with all the services i paid for was over a month. cheers
