  • Delivery and unboxing: We’ll deliver to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new soundbar.
  • Configuring your TV: We’ll complete your smart TV’s initial software configuration process so it’s ready for us complete your service.
  • Connecting your soundbar: We'll connect one new or existing soundbar to your video or audio component in a single room. If included, we will also set up rear speakers.
  • Connecting to your home network: For components with network features, we'll add the devices to your existing wireless network and perform the necessary software or firmware updates.
  • Programming remote controls: We’ll program manufacturer or service provider remote controls (DirectTV, Xfinity, etc.) and consolidate remotes, where possible, for easier operation.
  • Adjusting soundbar settings: We’ll adjust the soundbar’s general settings based on your preferences or the space. We can also calibrate the soundbar using any accessories or software included.
  • Neatly dressing visible cables: We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and run through shelving, furniture or existing wire channels and that wire ties are used when necessary.
  • System demo and education: Once the services are completed, we’ll perform a system demo to show you the features of your new setup. We’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss additional solutions that could improve your sound experience.
  • Cleaning up and removing packaging: After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging you don’t need.

  • This service does not include setting up an A/V receiver or networked audio device/platform (like Sonos or Heos), mounting the soundbar to a TV or wall, network setup, cutting access holes, concealing wires or working in a permit-required confined space (like a crawl space).
  • For passive soundbars that require the use of a receiver or separate amplifier, please use our "A/V Receiver or Processor Setup" service.
  • Additional charges may apply for delivery or services in extended areas, and the charges are based on location. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

  • We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on applicable services. If a service call is needed within the warranty period, there will be a $99.99 deposit plus applicable taxes at the time of scheduling which will be refunded to you if we determine that there was a defect in our workmanship.
