Q: Can Geeks Squad hide wires behind walls. Hate exposed wire

A: Yes, the Geek Squad can hide cables that are in-wall rated.

Q: I can hook up all my components and TV myself but how much for them to conceal the surround speaker wires behind walls or on the walls somehow that they'll look nice?

A: The Geek Squad will do concealed wire runs. The price can vary by the scope of what you want done. There is a Free Consultation service available where a Geek Squad Agent will come out to your house and talk to you about what you would like done and customize a service solution for your particular needs. Q: Can I get a sound system installed if it was not purchased from Best Buy?

A: Yes, they do. They did the same thing for me.

Q: It's been a week or so since geek squad hooked up my audio. Now my soundbar has stopped working. Will geek squad come back and check it out,free of charge?

A: Geek Squad has a 90 day installation guarantee. If you're not satisfied, they will come back and make it right. Please call for assistance. Either your local store or 1-800-Geek-Squad.

Q: Do you set up stereo system for surround sound system on home where i already have the speakers and stereo ? If so what is the price for installation ?

A: I had them come out and hook up and calibrate a new receiver. The speakers were already set up and wired. Cost with Total Tech Support membership: $49 plus tax.

Q: If I have speakers that need to be wall mounted (I'll have the racks) will you install that to my specs? And if all I wanted was for you to professionally run the cables from speakers to the console (not connect or set up the receiver), will you do that?
