Bruce came with a gregarious personality and lots of knowledge. He did what he was supposed to do and answered questions we had about other type of tech issues we were having. He promised to return with new product for us to purchase (google wifi mesh) in the next week.... he never followed through even though we texted back and forth... it all started out perfect but was disappointing in the end.

Excellence in customer service, pleasant and provided information and respect of property. Team was punctual and did the job paid to do and went beyond to get coaxial needed to complete the work.

Agents were knowledgeable, personable and highly professional throughout. They unpacked the TV removing the large box and associated packing material. We were pleased with their service.

I bought a new home theater system. 85" TV, Blueray dvd player, apple 4k tv, amazon fire stick; yamaha receiver, Harmony Elite Remote. The geek squad came in mounted the tv to the wall, hooked up all the devices, programmed the remote to play all the devices; and then gave me a quick tutorial. They did a great job. Worth the money to have the professionals do it

This new sound bar adds a great high sound to the the house.

I wanted the sound bar mounted directly under the TV. I had purchased a kit recommended by an I store Best Buy rep. The on-site tech explained that kit would have the speakers pointing towards the floor and suggested we use the brackets included with the kit instead. I didn’t realize there were wall brackets included with the speaker bar and the final install worked out great. I’ll be returning the separate mounting kit that I purchased

Gus & Team were fantastic!! Excellent customer service and very polite!! Explained everything well, and made sure I understood how to use equipment. Made sure that everything was clean and how it looked when they arrived, left nothing behind. I would definitely use them again. Even Taylor at the Canyon Springs store was AWESOME!!

The agent was thorough and went above and beyond. He even helped call Xfinity with me and told me what to do to get help from them. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. His customer service was some of the best I have ever had.
