This sound bar is the closest you can get to surround sound with out all of the trouble of installing numerous speakers.

I had to have many followup visits after the initial installments of a TV and a surround sound receiver for various reasons -- settings not working on the TV and/or receiver. The Geek Squad crew and the outside agent that was sent the last time did their best to connect and/or address the issue(s). There's some sense of peace of mind knowing I can reach out and book an appointment as the need arises. And they pretty much kept to the appointment time and kept me in the loop as to their arrival times.

The set up was fast and easy. It was my first sound bar and wished he could have explained it more in depth. He was patient, polite and professional and was in and out quickly.

Bruce came with a gregarious personality and lots of knowledge. He did what he was supposed to do and answered questions we had about other type of tech issues we were having. He promised to return with new product for us to purchase (google wifi mesh) in the next week.... he never followed through even though we texted back and forth... it all started out perfect but was disappointing in the end.

Great to have a technical group of personnel with outstanding knowledge of different equipment in one location.

Never needed a sound bar but decided to try it with lg tv and couldn’t be happier !

The agent connected the sound bar and it is working beautifully.

I wanted the sound bar mounted directly under the TV. I had purchased a kit recommended by an I store Best Buy rep. The on-site tech explained that kit would have the speakers pointing towards the floor and suggested we use the brackets included with the kit instead. I didn’t realize there were wall brackets included with the speaker bar and the final install worked out great. I’ll be returning the separate mounting kit that I purchased

The geek squad came out and helped me set up the home theater system so that it’s much easier to navigate with just one remote. I can switch back and forth between internal tv speakers and the home theater with a couple of pushes on the remote. The only hiccup in the process was the appointment was made, erroneously, to set up a sound bar.

I just love the sound as well as the way that the sound gets around the room! It just all comes together very nicely!

I bought a new home theater system. 85" TV, Blueray dvd player, apple 4k tv, amazon fire stick; yamaha receiver, Harmony Elite Remote. The geek squad came in mounted the tv to the wall, hooked up all the devices, programmed the remote to play all the devices; and then gave me a quick tutorial. They did a great job. Worth the money to have the professionals do it
