Brandon came advised missing parts in mount said i need to exchg gave me his cell# to come later to finish the job .. cld every 2hrs no response.. cld Best Buy finally after spk'g to 3 people who also tried calling Brandon w/no response i spk to David(mgr) also could not get a response from Brandon!! set up appt for Sun w/Edward and Alex which were very knowledgeable and professional .. my experience turned from nightmare to excellent .. Thank You Guys !!!

The tech was punctual and very professional. His install of the Sound Bar and Surround Speakers was done quickly and without issue. He adjusted the surround speakers for peak output and I'm very pleased with the system. For the price, you can't beat it. I would certainly recommend the System, the Tech, and Best Buy.

Great picture quality, great sound quality, great TV.

I originally installed my home audio system several years ago. I recently moved some things around and had to pull this plug and that plug over there. I've had two knees replaced and could not get into the positions to put it all together again,,,,enter Geek Squad. The lad that came zipped right through the install and even balanced out the sound levels. He was fast and I really enjoyed our discussions about the latest tech.

The Best Buy agents who came to install our tv, sound bar and wall mount were awesome. Worked efficiently and were very careful as they mounted tv to wall with device to hide cables. Took their time to do it right and asked for my opinion along the way to be sure I was satisfied.

I wasn't quite sure how the service would go but once he called me and explained to me what he was going to do after I told him what my issue was he came over even earlier than I expected he wore a mask as well as ourselves and my household and he explained everything very thoroughly and even explained it to my teenage son we're very happy with the service thank you so much.

The agents installed my Mother-in-law's ring doorbell and took great care by wearing booties, gloves and masks. The device wasn't fully charged so they had to make a return trip to complete the installation, allowing the device to charge and completing the job for her the same day. They went above and beyond, helping her select ring tones and more.
