Recently replaced my entire entertainment system, which included a receiver and surround sound. I purchased the Geek Squad set-up services for everything and WAS SO GLAD I DID. It would have taken me an incredible amount of time to get it right, .... if I ever did. The folks that came to my house took the time to explain what they were doing and make sure it worked just right. Couldn't be happier. It is worth the cost.

Geek squad connected my sound bar and showed me how to use it

The agents added a fire stick and sound bar and did a great job and showed me how to use it.

Last time we had someone install a TV, Blu-Ray and wifi we had extra wires everywhere. Also had to have a page of instructions on how to use. This time the Geek Squad came got rid of the extra wires, made suggestions about other items we had. They hooked up 4 items seamlessly and only have to use 2 remotes one of which is for the DirecTV box. They even moved the old TV and other items to the other room. Recommend them highly!

I am going to miss having home service from Geek Squad. The guys who came out knew what they were doing and gave me good suggestions. They were great!

The agents installed my Mother-in-law's ring doorbell and took great care by wearing booties, gloves and masks. The device wasn't fully charged so they had to make a return trip to complete the installation, allowing the device to charge and completing the job for her the same day. They went above and beyond, helping her select ring tones and more.
