They hooked up my sound bar and I am enjoying my new tv with my previous sound bar. The Geek Squad was so fun and professional in installing the sound bar. I had a Vizio sound bar and they thought it might not connect using the new Samsung Tv remote but it did!! I only need to use one remote!

The agents were great in diagnosing the issue with my sound system. it was a simple adaptation and the surround system was operational. Wyatt was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining so many features on my new LG TV. he demonstrated and taught me much. a very professional employee.

A Geek Squad member came out to my home to relocate and reconnect my BlueRay player that I thought was not working properly. The Geek Squad member was both quick and thorough in accomplishing this task. He also provided some useful tips to try in the future should I experience a similar malfunction. I was completely satisfied with this Geek Squad member!

TV is not mounted it was setup on top of the TV stand with the soundbar.

Both agents were great - professional, pleasant, and smart! They took care of surrounding areas, moving furniture with caution. They placed covers on the floor and picked everything up when done. The agents connected my TV with the sound board and the TV looks and sounds well as a result. They were done in proper time.
