David Moore and Alex Padilla were so helpful. My first sound bar didn't work. They exchanged and installed the new one the next day. Answer all questions. I requested these two men by name. They installed my 75" TV on Wall, Sound Bar, Sub-roofer and speakers. 3 service calls, as I purchased each on different occasions. Clean work.

A Geek Squad member came out to my home to relocate and reconnect my BlueRay player that I thought was not working properly. The Geek Squad member was both quick and thorough in accomplishing this task. He also provided some useful tips to try in the future should I experience a similar malfunction. I was completely satisfied with this Geek Squad member!

We were hesitant at first but glad we made the decision and purchased the service.
We had the opportunity to use the Geek Squad on two occasions..
Both times the reps were courteous, complied with the covid guidelines and answered all of our questions..
Took their time to be sure we knew how to operate the equipment.
They were very professional...

Dustin got my soundbar set up, showed me how to load apps, set up a music app for me, helped me setting up antenna stations and handled several other items for me. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, personable and extremely helpful.

We had the Geek Squad out to mount our flat screen TV over the fireplace (did a great job). During the installation, the tech commented that our stereo / TV sound system could use a subwoofer. So we took him up on his advice, purchased one from Best Buy and had them install it. Another great tech who also gave us a few tips on our system (using Bluetooth). These guys are always informative and helpful.

The two techs were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and sent me arrival updates. They were quick, less than 15 minutes to set up! I am not very savvy when it comes to doing things like this myself. I am glad that I didn’t attempt to do so. Totally worth it!

We could hook up the soundbar and it worked properly. What didn’t work correctly were the Homepods wirelessly to the Apple 4K box. They would work for a while and then shut down themselves, the 4K box and the tv. We tried to reset the TV preferences to sound through the TV itself and this did work for the Homepods to work with the Apple 4K box. However, after a half hour of playing, they gave out again an shut down everything. I disconnected the soundbar and all was right with the world. The tv speakers played and when I switched to the Apple 4K box, the Homepods worked just as expected without any premature shutdowns. My guess is that you can’t have a soundbar attached and expect to have the Apple 4K box without shutting down. Anybody want to buy a soundbar? The Geek Squad guy was a very conscientious and patient person to work with. We though we had a solution, but in fact we did not.
