Aaron, my geek squad tech, brought me a universal remote as I requested, programmed it and corrected the other gliches that the initial agent, Alex, had left behind. He was thorough in his explanations and called me back when I had a followup question. We worked it out by telephone and I'm happy with the service I received from Aaron. Too bad it took 2 visits with 2 different agents to get it done.

Great job with the set up team.My only complaint is that they did not have the parts to hook up my second set of wireless headphones to my DVR . I'll need to buy two components in order to connect it. I'm not able to do install of this device once I buy the parts needed. I'll need to fine a relative or neighbor to do it.It would be too expensive to get the GEEK Squad to come back for that minor issue.

Shane was very knowledgeable and friendly. Installation went without a hitch, he programmed our remote and answered all of our questions.

The sound bar produces great sound and works well with my Samsung TV.

The agents were fantastic. They were very polite, professional, and informative. The set up our new flat screen quickly to our existing audio components. They were very patient going over all the controls, specially the universal remote. They also set up the streaming channels and made sure all was working properly before finishing.

Great to have all components hooked up and not the need for more tha n one remote

Had problems with the the first contractor not knowing the products he was hooking up. Called Geek and they sent two real agents to correct the problem. They did a great job and fully explained the remotes and their function. Left a card in case of another problem. The next day the Net Flix Would not load and asked for my password. Caled again, The agent told me to reboot thr router. It worked!!. Great customer service.

They did all the work, explained the set up and made it easy. Well worth it!

The technicians who connected my new TV went way above and beyond. They created a work around that made it possible for the TV to fit in a cabinet we had in the house. I can't say enough about their creativity and workmanship.
