I purchased a LG 4K OLED CX Smart TV. Tremendous TV, and the technician connected it to my Sonos Playbase without any problems. He also connected the magic remote to my Sonos for volume control. I appreciated the extra effort.
But, Geek Squad, when making installations during COVID, please respect homeowners by using bathroom before you arrive for appointment.

I have now used Geek Squad 3 times, all for different reasons, and all that I can say is that the service, the competency, the professionalism, the timeliness, the courtesies, the education are all great but underlying them all are the Geek Squad people themselves who have serviced my needs. They're simply the best, absolutely delightful people in every regard!

The installation did not happen. The universal wall mount contained fine print that identified that it would fit 'most' tv's. I happened to have the one the it did not fit. The technician did all he could to call to get me a refund for the visit. I was satisfied with the customer seevice.

I appreciated the help in setting up my soundbar. I’m not comfortable setting up electronics anymore. Geek squad was efficient in setting up my soundbar and patient in explaining how it works

The young men that arrived to install my soundbar were very knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all my questions and when they left, I was able to operate and utilize all the benefits of my new soundbar...my first soundbar!

Had problems with the the first contractor not knowing the products he was hooking up. Called Geek and they sent two real agents to correct the problem. They did a great job and fully explained the remotes and their function. Left a card in case of another problem. The next day the Net Flix Would not load and asked for my password. Caled again, The agent told me to reboot thr router. It worked!!. Great customer service.
