They connected the soundbar. Havent had any problems with it so far.

I had to schedule out about a month but the ease of service, professionalism and knowledge was worth the wait. I also received status of the tech online and they called in advance. Both tech were very professional and efficient installing my TV and setting up my sound system.

The Geek squad young man installed it and went the extra mile that DirecTV didn't and got me in complete control with one remote instead of two. Now that's personal care customer service.

I am so glad I got this service....they delivered and assembled the beautiful tv stand, and then easily got the new tv and all the other devices hooked up in no time. They were professional and helpful. I'd still be trying to get all his hooked up...LOL!

I would recommend the Squad for setting up the TV & sound system including the remote. They came back 3 times to get it right & suggested we move the sound bar because the sound was bouncing off the vaulted ceiling to other parts of the room. They adjusted the picture & audio & made sure the remote was programmed & we knew how to use it, including any problem solving.

After purchasing a brand new 65" Smart TV and sound bar ($$), certainly didn't want the responsibility of setting it up. Not to mention Best Buy's excellent recycle electronics program. This is a no brainer, the TV and sound were up, working and no mess in an hour (with the old TV and equipment gone). We will use the Geek Squad ALWAYS AND FOREVER! Thank you Daniel & Jillian.
