The agents came to install my TV but a part was missing, The first agent went over and beyond to follow-up and find me the missing part. The Geek Squad Service also came in handy when we went to purchase a couple of major appliances a month later. We received discounts on the setup and haul away. I have yet to fully use the benefits of this service.

The young men that arrived to install my soundbar were very knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all my questions and when they left, I was able to operate and utilize all the benefits of my new soundbar...my first soundbar!

Geek Squad Agent Michael evaluated and improved the connections between our 15 year old Bose home theater system and the new 4K Sony reciever, Sony 4K DVD player, and DirectTV system. He also recalibrated the speakers. His attention to detail improved not only performance but also appearance of our entire home entertainment system. Excellent work! Very happy with results.

After insisting near voice sync was not suitable, Geek tech eventually switched out some hookups and now tv/sound bar is performing as designed to do. I was very frustrated that it took 3 visits to get it right, but i do appreciate your management's willingness to stick with me during the failures Thank you Ken Plunk

We actually signed up for Geek Squad, but were given a 3rd party company for the TV/Audio delivery & installation. They were on time, professional, fast & truly went out of their way to make sure all the connections worked & then took the time to explain everything to us! Highly recommend & the Best Buy Black Friday in July reduced price was a plus!

Nate texted me when he was 10 minutes away, and arrived on time. He had everything he needed, which was mostly his own expertise. He set up the audio for my TV/Receiver in pretty smooth fashion, even though the receiver had some presets that puzzled us both. He worked through them and had us set up in no time. Great work.

Service call by David was excellent. He not only took the time to explain what he was doing, but explained about the soundbar he was installing. Service was excellent; performance by this soundbar is terrible. I have reviewed as such on the Best Buy website.
