Surprised the setup required an existing Sonos system. Would have appreciated more information.

The guys who installed our new 65in tv were vert polite and really knew their stuff. They had the new tv up and running in no time flat. They also were very helpful in showing us how it worked. They were also fun to talk with.

Agent set up server and speakers. Adjusted the sound.

The Geek Squad were extremely professional in connecting my stereo equipment, speakers, fire stick and programming remotes for my easy use. They educated me in the use of my system and how to navigate from one to the other. More importantly, they left me a business card in order to for me call if I run into any problems. I was totally satisfied with their service and professionalism.

The staff are so professional. They guided the whole process with me.They encouraged any questions. They were patient .not rushed. They appeared to love their job. Interaction was great.

The agent mounted the tv lower than the cabinet then raised it way too high. He could not get the soundbar set up so he quit the geek squad and took my remote on his way out of my home. I had to have the supervisor come remount the tv set up the soundbar and I just received a replacement remote for the soundbar 3 weeks later. Now there are several holes in my wall. I was able to receive my money back from the TV install but have not received the money back from the $99 soundbar setup.

I love the sound of my surround sound system its really loud

Geek squad arrived the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We were in the midst of decorating our tree. 3 yr old Granddaughter helping. More family members arrived. Unfortunately, I do not have their names, but the two young men called the Geek squad did an excellent job despite all the activity going on in our house! We are now enjoying our surround sound when we watch movies on our new TV! Thank you!

We had problems with getting the audio to sync with the video, which was really annoying when watching talk show programs or action movies. Replaced the sound bar twice and still had problems. Finally, the Geek Squad got it working perfectly!

As much as I try to do things myself, sometimes I need a little help. I was attempting to hook up my turntable to my Sonos Connect and just couldn’t get the volume out of my Sonos Play 1 speakers. The gentleman from Geek Squad was polite, punctual and figured it out quickly. Now I can play my vintage vinyl as loud as it should be!

Geek squad rep arrived on time and set up my audio system. The sound is great.

Connected the wireless television ears with great ease.

Purchased a new sound bar for my TV because I didn't like the sound coming out of my 7 year old sound bar and thought I needed to upgrade. Geek Squad guy sowed me how to use the sound bar remote to fix the problem, saving me money on a new one.

Just a few days after purchasing the new home theater system I shattered my kneecap. Obviously my physical limitations would have prevented me from installing the system. After observing the tech as he performed the install, I came to realize there was no way I could have done the work myself. A super value and one I recommend to anyone regardless of their level of do it yourself skills.

I think the advertising on the box isa little deceptive as far as the wireless speakers are concerned, they are not truly wireless

The agent that helped my was excellent and very friendly. He solved my tablet problem quickly and processed the product warranty for me. This is why I keep coming back to Best Buy for my products and why I carry your service contracts. In fact I just talked a friend into getting your contract for her computer. Keep up the good work.

Jon and his partner set up my TV put the old one downstairs and got that up and running, faster than I ever could. Think you are tv savvy and over fifty? you could probably use these guys.

Zictor and Jose were terrific. They were so knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly if I ever would need service again I would ask for them.
