Adam, the Geek squad agent that came to the house to fix my surround sound theatre system, knew immediately what to do and how to fix it. In addition, he was very polite and promptly on time. I am so glad I took out the annual Geek squad extended warranty. It’s a pleasure to know that they are there to back everything they sell.

The Geek squad was super, putting in my new TV, removing the old one and working on the surround sound until it was perfect.

I have met with 3 different Geek Squad Employees form the local Best Buy store in Pueblo Colorado.
All 3 employees have been Very Professional, Polite and answered every question that my wife and I asked.
Each install was done quickly and correctly

Install went great. Had an issue with a sonos arc which didn't work properly on my samsung tv. required a second geek squad visit. we switched the sonos to an lg tv and it worked properly. no idea why but geek squad fixed it. consider getting an annual plan so geek squad installs are heavily discounted.

I did not need a TV mount but to fix my Sono sound bar. Unfortunately, the Geek squad guys did all they could but, I have to call and return my Sono. Best Buy website and service center need to be able to select better service call specific requests and alerts. Geek squad guys trying to get my refund for TV mount set up.

The agents set up my soundbar and bass. They were extremely knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable, and explained how to use the controls.

Hard to judge, the first tech was great, mounted a 65" tv making sure it was exactly where and how high we wanted it. He also made sure we understood how to use the remote control etc.
We decided to return the TV and buy a different model. They two techs that came was almost as good as the first guy. I'd say the first guy would get a 5star, they may get a 4star.
We then added an amazing surround sound system called Sonos. Really excellent! But the third tech who installed this system was annoying. I felt like i was annoying her if when i'd ask a question or said how I'd like it to work. After she left, the system didn't do what we knew it should be able to do.
We called the Sonos company who were fantastic, problem solved.

Very happy after the Techs connected our new LGTV55" remote control to our Soundbar system. With the old TV we had to use 2 separate remotes, and now we only need one remote to turn on the TV and soundbar together. It's so convenient now. Thanks Techs!
