Could not figure out what was causing a cracking noise out of my speakers. Had a Best Buy technician come out, test all of the components in my surround sound setup and determined that one of the channels in my receiver was no longer working. Recommended a replacement, installed a new receiver and I could not be happier.

Tech arrived on time. Was most pleasant and helpful. Completed the work quickly, but methodically. He answered all my questions, and demonstrated every feature. Sound system works fine. The agent came out to troubleshoot the installation of the TV and the Soundbar. The sound bar had not worked a week since it had been installed. The installation was fine the product was poor.

Our whole home audio system was here when we bought the house and we could not get it to work. We called the Geek Squad and they took hours to figure out the weird way it was installed and get it working. They were tenacious and were not satisfied to leave it only partially working. I would definitely recommend this service.

The agents added our sound bar to our new TV, and it fits perfectly under our new 65-inch Sony Bravia TV! Chris and his colleague did an amazing job arching this to our Sony sound system!

The agent was very knowledgeable and showed me how to do everything and then made sure I could do it. I was hoping it could be attached to the TV, but he wasn’t able to do that. Another group would. When I stopped by the store the part need to attach was not available, bummer.

Alex was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After he hooked up my sound system he offered some guidance on getting my DVD/CD player hooked up when I get a bridge. This was my first experience with the Geek Squad and it was a good one!!
