Tech arrived on time. Was most pleasant and helpful. Completed the work quickly, but methodically. He answered all my questions, and demonstrated every feature. Sound system works fine. By the time he left, I felt like he was a new friend! This was outstanding service, but fairly typical of Geek Squad techs. Thanks, Clint!

The agent was very knowledgeable and showed me how to do everything and then made sure I could do it. I was hoping it could be attached to the TV, but he wasn’t able to do that. Another group would. When I stopped by the store the part need to attach was not available, bummer.

Chris was the young man that helped me, he spent all the time I needed to make an informed decision which led to a purchase I'm very happy with. There were several other customers waiting but he called for help for them and didn't rush me in anyway.

Our whole home audio system was here when we bought the house and we could not get it to work. We called the Geek Squad and they took hours to figure out the weird way it was installed and get it working. They were tenacious and were not satisfied to leave it only partially working. I would definitely recommend this service.

The agents were friendly and highly competent. However, they still have not responded to the one issue that I have communicated more than once: The coax cable "TV" input on this new 65" LG TV appears not to work. I really would like to resolve that issue ASAP.

The Agents were knowledgeable and professional mounted my brackets then the TV! They also hooked up my Sound Bar and helped me with a TV I purchased previously at Best Buy and it’s Sound Bar

the agent set my tv up with sound bar but the mouths on the tv people are behind the sound, the agent did not fix that, but was very nice and explained how the system worked.

The geek squad guys that helped with this setup were absolutely the best. Took their time to review the equipment and the app. Very pleased

Geek Squad gave us the best customer service ever. Was having problems with a receiver purchased over a year ago. We paid to have them come out and look into the installment process. They were so professional, on time, friendly and solved our problem. Well worth every penny.. Kudos to you guys

Sarah from Geek Squad installed all our home entertainment equipment and wired it! Sarah is a rockstar and was extremely clean with all the wiring. You cant’t see any of it! All of my equipment is controlled on 1 remote that my whole family can control. Best Geek Squad tech ever!!!
