    I had a TV mounted as well as audio setup and the geek squad gentleman who came out was outstanding. Did an incredibly good job. My only issue and the reason I gave it four stars is because setting up the appointment with cake squad was terrible. They're terrible at getting somebody out to you but the person that comes out tends to be really good.

    The agents suggested my questions were a Dish or a Century Link problem. At the time of installation picture and sound did not match and the picture was blurry. The tv did not fit on my tv table and they did do a wall mount for me in a timely and efficient manner.

    they mounted the sound bar, placed sub and speakers in the right places. Then set us up with the Sonos app and dialed everything in. Very polite, clean and friendly.

    After purchasing our new wonderful 75" TV, we wanted to go with the pros to install everything, specifically hooking it on the wall. Your Geek Squad, was on time, very knowledgeable, curious & were happy to answer all our questions & show us how to work everything. I highly recommend them!!!

    We had Geek Squad come in and set up our LG sound bar and LG 65 inch TV. They were on time, very pleasant, and gave us instructions on how to use the system and even took away the old system. This is the way to go.

    The agents installed my tv and connected it to my speaker system and my cable box and also my dvd they worked effectively and quickly and one completed the took the time to explain how to operate everything they were polite and took all the time needed.

    The agent moved my smaller tv and connected it to an antenna and my roku, and then installed a larger one with a sound bar and subwoofer. He paid attention to covid restrictions and explained everything, was quick and detailed. Took away all the packaging.

    Arrived on time and we're pleasant. I told and showed them what wasn't working and they fixed and made sure everything was functioning correctly before they left. Would always recommend best buy geek squad to friends even integrate a bit expense they stand behind they stand behind all work.

    They got it up & running. Though not sure if again I have a problem. Yesterday again I had a sound issue. Has only happened one time. Makes me wonder if it is a TV issue or a sound at problem.

    The Geek Squad service to hook up our sound system along with our new tv was fantastic! Our Geek, Mike Green, was so knowledgeable and friendly! He made sure everything was set up to achieve optimal sound mix!

    The agents were friendly and fast. However after leaving I noticed the Velodine subwoofer would not turn on. The tech(s) did not say the subwoofer was working or not working. I believe there’s a fuse blown on the circuit.

    My Dolby Atmos was connected by Digital Optical, NOT HDMI. Dolby Atmos is not carried by Digital Optical. Left and Right Surround Speakers were not connected to correct outputs from Sub Woofer. A speaker test was not run by technician.

    The Geek Squad were right on time, very friendly and went right to work. They fixed my problem and ask if I was having any other type of problem using my tv or remote. They wore mask and shoe covers as it had snowed and the side walk was wet.
