They did an excellent job. They tested the product to ensure it worked.

The agent set up the tv and attached the sound bar, then tested same on multiple channels and made adjustments as necessary. He then removed all packing materials and empty boxes. I later discovered I did not have the subwoofer.

Very professional prompt service. They hung 3 TVs and always asked how high I wanted them mounted. They also told me what the standard guidelines were for hanging the TV's. Also was impressed that the guy's wore something over their shoes to protect the floors of my house.

Installer could not cure lip sync errors even though house has 500mbps signal.

the Geek squad representative was able to install my sound bar and allowed me to control the soundbar using the frontier remote. this was something the frontier installer was unable to accomplish. Cudos to the Geek Squad

The agent was very friendly. Although not the reason he was called for he did tighten the clamps on the speaker stands so the speakers would stay secured.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and quickly hooked up new TV to already installed wall mount. Took their time to hook up soundbar and ensure apps were signed on. Took time to explain how to work TV

We had a power outage and could not reconnect the sound bar system The tech came in and reconnected it and showed us how to reset it in the future
