I like my sound bar, it does take a bit of getting used to. I have hearing issues and I wanted something to help me out. You can make it as loud as you want!

The 2 Geek Squad guys did a fantastic job hooking up everything to our TV and making everything run smoothly. They walked us through everything so that we felt comfortable handling all the remotes.

Had a surround sound installed and they did a good job. Not sure putting a speaker wire under a rug at an entry of a room a good move though

Our Geek Squad specialist did an excellent job of installing the equipment that was ordered. The installation was repeatedly hampered, however, by him being called to see how much longer it was going to take. There was obviously a lot of pressure to move on to another job, and this made for a very uncomfortable situation for us, as we felt it was important to let him move along, and consequently did not get fully introduced to our entertainment center. Additionally, as we were advised in our consultation that we would have enough wifi power to adequately operate the TV purchased for our lanai area, this has proven to not be the case, and we need upgrades to make this happen.

They were great showed up on time and fixed my issue.

The agents were wonderful. I can now be assured of "quiet" when I mute my TV.

Tech did a wonderful job setting sound bar up again for us.

James has to come three times. This first time my cable box was antiquated. The second time the glass tv stand arrived cracked. The third time everything was perfect. James was on time and totally, totally professional and capable.

The geek squad so professional, they came in and installs every piece of equipment that we bought from Best Buy. It was quick, precise and done great. They were very customer service oriented and made sure I understood everything they installed.
