The Geek Squad did an excellent job of repairing my computer and saving my info. They were professional in every way. They gave a due date for repairs and you were able to pick up your computer at the designated time given.

the geek squad has the best staff when they come into your home and install anything. answer questions and its a breeze. I wouldn't have anyone else do installs in my home.

The technology world changes so quickly we try to stay current but the Geek Squad is our fall back professionals. Communicates when they will arrive, what they find the problem to be or how they will install, clear simple instructions on how things will work.

From booking the service to the person who came to our house, everyone was professional. Our only frustration is that the TV continues to go blank for a couple of seconds then the picture comes back. After we experience this and turn off the TV a couple times, it stops doing it and everything is fine, it's simply frustarting.

Geek Squad hung my new 85” Samsung and hooked up the sound bar as well as all other devices. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was well versed on how everything worked

The agents inastalled it quickly and perfectly in my time frame for my schedule and it works looks and sounds great!

The agent installed my Dennon receiver and set it totally up. It is Bluetooth and wifi. He even set up all the saved radio and sirus xm stations for me. He was very friendly and so very helpful po ful.

Somewhat lacking in tech, I chose to have the sound bar installed by BestBuy. It only took him a very short time, while I'd still be working at it.

The "instructions" that came with the sound bar just purchased didn't come close to addressing what needed to be done in setting it up with my TV.

I did not hesitate to have the Geek squad connect my turntable and Sonos connect to my existing Sonos system as they know so much more than I do about sound systems. All my questions were answered, and I learned some new things. Highly recommended!

Geek Squad helped set up a new audio system. The most confusing part of this was learning how to use the remotes and which one controls what. Had to call up a second time when I hit a wrong button. Guys - remember that you see this stuff every day - this was new to me.
