SPEAKERS DONT WORK I CALLED VIZIO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SENT THE CALL TO PAKISTAN GOT NO HELP.I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE INSTALL

the sonos arc was replaced and subwoofer. Phillip Key was great and the Geek Squad. However we are still having sound issues and not sure this is from the TV or the sonos arc

The tech mounted and synced my soundbar to my television. He arrived on time and did a great job, he wanted to make sure that it was perfectly mounted to my satisfaction.

Geek squad came in and quickly and professionally installed the tv, the mount, and my sound bar. They were very knowledgeable about it and asked my opinions about placement and what to plug in.

I purchased a new Yamaha RXV-683 and wanted to have the Geek Squad set up the audio/video for several components. Very please with the work and knowledge of Cameron who was friendly and able to answer many of my questions.

Although I could have done the audio connection myself my Geed Squad team had me covered and swiftly connect my Pioneer Elite receiver to the TV and adjusted the audio for all my speakers.

Recently upgraded my television to a flat screen from an old rear projection set. Purchased a mount as well. First time using the Geek Squad. They did a great job and come prepared if what you bought needs upgrading.

They did a great job! The sound bar wasn't new. They had to attach it with new materials.

It was amazing I first purchased a different soundbar but wasn't happy with it. So I chose Sonos. Love the Sonos soundbar.

The TV setup seemed to be connected properly, until a few days later we've noticed the Yamaha receiver kept blanking out the sound. We finally just turned off the reciever and now just have tv audio. This TV Bravia sony TV keeps losing sound for no reason, causing me to have to reboot the tv more than a few times a day!! It's very frustrating, After ruining my day and nights of trying to binge watch, I will be calling Best buy tomm.
