Tech showed up on time. After explaining my problems, he set up audio quickly. Made sure I understood operation and asked if there was anything else i needed. very polite, neat and thorough.

The agent hooked up the soundbar to all my devices without too much trouble.

The agents replaced a defective sound bar with a new one. They were efficient,friendly and on time.

The Greek squad came back to replace a faulty HDMI cable that connected my DVD Blu-ray player to my Yamaha AV receiver. The tech was in and out in a short time. I couldn't be happier

Tried to challenge the charges with Best Buy. Terrible experience. Talked to 8 different people in 3 departments. I was determined to have BB deal with it but after 55 minutes of frustration, I turned it into a credit card challenge.

Installation of tv and and entertainment center was was competently accomplished. Education on universal remote was a bit lacking as was troubleshooting the system. Talking to geek squad is a tedious and frustrating process.
