    The Geek Squad did the setup and everything works great. I saw that some people had problems setting up the HDR and 4k and not having good results. I'm glad I had the Geek Squad do it since I have no problems and it woks perfectly.

    The agent looked at the connector and agreed that it was slightly damaged - enough to fall out easily. Also turned the soundbar right side up. 8-)

    On 16 Dec 2018- Internal Geek Squad - in store service repaired initial incomplete 8 Nov 2018 external 3rd party HDMI connection so LG 4K TV & LG 4K Blue Ray audio can be heard from central Klipsch speakers.

    Although I could have done the audio connection myself my Geed Squad team had me covered and swiftly connect my Pioneer Elite receiver to the TV and adjusted the audio for all my speakers.
