The installation and information on the speakers, Alexia, and Sonos was easily understood and very informative. They were all a great help and fun and friendly guys to work with.

After a renovation, I had to unpack my stereo and speakers. They put the entire setup back together again with the new TV and power conditioner. The only thing is I wish the wires were a little better organized.

The Geek Squad was great. Because of the bracket I purchased, it was a difficult installation but the did a perfect job.

Had to call GEEK Squad a second time to reset my sound bar up. First time was a subcontractor. Actual Geek Squad was excellent. It took no time to fix my issues.

The Geek Squad agents paired my sound bar with the new TV remote so that I went from 4 remotes to just one to operate the system! Then they thoroughly explained how to work the remotes.

The agents connected my Bose sound system (sound bar 700 and subwoofer) to new QLED TV. Everything works together using one easy to use remote. Excellent service provided!!

Unfortunately I had to buy another mounting kit cause the studs were further apart in our drywalls, but the tech came prepared with another mounting kit and it was decently priced.
