I am so glad that I decided to use the Geek Squad. The two men that came out were patient and answered all my questions. Both my son and myself were impressed on how capable and professional.

Sounds great, but I wish it would work perfectly all of the time. Sometimes I need to manually turn it on, or it would go to BT mode without me touching anything other than hitting the remote to turn the TV on.

Couldnt hide wires for me- even though was set up to do so easily, not impressed, tech did not want to do anything beyond plugging in. Just noty worth the money I paid for Install service- really a joke.

The agent reset the sound bar with the tv. I feel this could have been done with a agent over the phone. This was not rocket science.

He updated me about his arrival time and took care to neatly install the equipment. He patiently explained the operation of the equipment and made sure everything worked satisfactorily.
