Had Geek Squad come to install at time of TV installation. They were excellent in making sure all of my Bluetooth devices worked on the speaker in addition to giving great instruction on how to use the product.

The agent set up my TV and connected to all my devices.

Although a simple process the young man was professional and performed this task great.

I always use the Geek Squad and am never disappointed. They hooked up my 20 year old surrounf sound and programmed a universal remote and everything works perfect. Really competent, professional and caring install guys.

Came out to install a receiver and even though I had issues after he left they came back and fixed it fairly quickly. Im good at this stuff but he spent hours setting up so out was well worth the price paid

They certainly knew what they were doing, and were patient explaining how to use the system to me.

The geeks are Great. The scheduling and delivery software they use is worse than a third grader moving pebbles on the sand.

The set up Geek Guys were so wonderful they took time to explain things to us and made sure we had complete understanding. They also were very informative of what the Gee Squad offered.

I am not a Techie, and unless you are, my advice is spend the money and get it done by people who do it for a living. My guys were one time, efficient and did it right, the first time.
