Geek squad was great but the sound bar did not work with our TV and had to be returned.

Installed the TV higher than I asked. I said that is higher than I asked. So they lowered it and charged me another $250. I will never recommend Best Buy to anybody

two guys showed, resolved my issues, found out my existing receiver was good. took back the new one, and made sure i was credited for the one i didn't need.

The Geek Squad connected my old sound bar after they mounted my tv. I realized that I did not have to upgrade my soundbar system
