Tv was mounted and also the soundbar. Great job with excellent results.

let them do it. it's worth it. it was nice to have best buy handle the complicated parts. I have never had a best buy squad come to my home that was not extremely professional.

The techs came in went right to work and had it all set and working in no time. Then walked me through the procedures making sure I understood all of the operations and that all of my questions were answered.

I had 4 in-ceiling Definitive Technology speakers installed, a Marantz receiver, & two Definitive Technology 8' high performance speakers installed. Over the sound is perfect for my media room. No issues with the audio setup so far.

Send that helped me was very friendly and did a great job. I especially appreciated that she cleans up after she left and helped me take a TV to the garage.

Geeks installed our tv and connected the soundbar. Didn't have to lift a finger till it was time to start changing channels

After a renovation, I had to unpack my stereo and speakers. They put the entire setup back together again with the new TV and power conditioner. The only thing is I wish the wires were a little better organized.

Need one of the techs to call me and give me the operating instructions again as now I can't get my remotes to work.

Had the team install audio for my mother who lives 5 hours away. Great communication and service. Mom was happy too

The agents looked at my soundbar and said it wouldn't work with my LG smart TV. So they would cancel the service call and my $90.00 would be refunded. That never happened. 5 minutes and they were gone. However, I'm still a customer, as a matter of fact I just booked another appointment for this Saturday because I still like and trust the service.

A great service to have if you do not have technical skills to connect electrical equipment.

The agents were awesome. It was a complicated setup.

Installed the TV higher than I asked. I said that is higher than I asked. So they lowered it and charged me another $250. I will never recommend Best Buy to anybody

The Geek Squad installers were first class. Did a great job explaining the best wAy to enjoy the tv. This Geek Squad was terrific. Don’t let them get away Best Buy.
