The tech hooked up my sound bar to the tv and allowed me to be able to hear it thru my headphones. Dave was extremely professional and personable.

I am so glad that I decided to use the Geek Squad. The two men that came out were patient and answered all my questions. Both my son and myself were impressed on how capable and professional.

Sounds great, but I wish it would work perfectly all of the time. Sometimes I need to manually turn it on, or it would go to BT mode without me touching anything other than hitting the remote to turn the TV on.

They were here earlier than expected, and did a quick install. I had to call them back twice for other issuses but were quick to respond eventho nothing was actually solved

Had a very antiquated system in place thus new equipment would not work . Geek squad took care of the issue very quickly and even got the equipment at sales price for me. Enjoy it everyday!
