    It was nice that they connected our DirecTV and now we only have one remote. These two were wonderful and knew so much about what they were doing.

    Computer installment less than satisfactory. Geek didn't explain anything about how to use it. I ended up having a private consultant come in and make adjustments (like hookup the wi-fi) and show me how to use it. The TV installation was satisfactory, though the agent forgot to take away the boxes . I have had satisfactory use of GS and take some of blame for computer install -- I should have asked more questions

    I’m so happy with my install and the service that was given. The install was neat, we learned a few things about our equipment and they cleaned up after they were done.

    This is the 2nd time I had this service. The geek squad agent was very professional and knowledgeable. He mad sure I knew how to use the receiver and the technology it has.

    Greek squad techs were very helpful. I always thought of myself as being fairly tech savvy but I must admit that times have passed me by. The help was greatly appreciated (and alas needed).
