    Tech had problems had to replace unit. Second unit the same, called Samsung and they had me reset the bar. That took care of the problem

    Geek Squad was very informative during setup. They promptly removed all of the packing materials and old TV, etc. They got the installation done quickly and efficiently.

    The Geek Squad came in and ran wiring from my audio system to my speakers and concealed them. I prefer hard wiring vs wireless. Very pleased with the results.
