The set up is fine. We had a morning appointment and the person to install it came at 8PM. He wasn't even a Best Buy employee. We were not happy with that.

The Geek Squad reps were professional, thorough, and helpful. We would welcome these representatives into our home, again.

Friendly, competent young men delivered, set-up, and explained functions of new TV and sound bar. Definitely worth the $ to have Geek Squad do this if you don't know much regarding electronics!

They came on time just one person and later the expert arrived job was done quickly and to my satisfaction would get them again in the future

Set up was quick and very well organized. All options were explained to me in detail until I understood. Everything was tied together very neatly and all was cleaned up before they left.
