Geek Squad was very professional and knew exactly what they are doing.

The Geek Squad Representative did a fine installing the OLED screen and sound bar.

Had several issues but they kept after them and worked well with myself and wife each time out. Products were the issue, not service for us. I was very happy with there abilities and patience.

The sound bar had been purchased and installed by Greek Squad at the end of 2025. I have both an annual maintenance contract and a warranty on the Sonos Beam. The only way that I could get someone to come to the house ( the Sonos Beam stopped working) according to the Geek Squad person on the telephone was by paying extra and calling it an installation. I went to the Best Buy store, bought a new HDMI and I fixed the problem. A person at the Store said to me that with all of the coverages I have, I should have never been charged in the first place to have someone come to the house to fix it. PS. I am 81 years old and a US Navy veteran.
