Had to require a 2nd tech to hook up head phones, which 1st Tech said they can't be hooked up. This review is for 2nd Tech that made everything right.

Both guys were super friendly and super fast! Highly recommended.

Tech got my year old sound bar hooked up to my new TV and operating with the use of just one remote. Yay! He did an excellent job and I was so pleased with the set up.

Agents installed and connected my new TV to existing sound bar and related udio/video components.

Geek squad was the way to go on getting all of this hooked up. Our gentleman was professional and kind to his nontechnical clients. Definitely the way to go and worth every cent!

Agents were very efficient, and knowledgeable, and took time to help explain and demonstrate all the things TV was capable of.

Geek Squad arrived in the last 15 minutes of a four-hour window. I wish scheduling was more precise--this could influence my future use of this service. Helpful, but not enthusiastic.
