An outsanding television The whole experience great

Wasn’t much to it. Tech wanted to plug in the sound bar vs wireless method. I but the wireless sound bar for that exact feature. Tech hooked it up wireless finally but the sound was not very good and didn’t sink to the tv when powering on. It was very difficult to understand the tech but I just let her do her thing. After she left I watched tutorials and figured out how to sink it and calibrate it. This is the second time I have had geek squad come to my home and install a purchase, hoping for a professional install, and each time they do the bare minimum and I end up taking a day to undo what geek squad did and research how to do it myself. I’ll never waste my time waiting for my appointment just to waste my money again. Save yourself the hassle and trouble.

They set is up but had a hard time with the surround sound. We had a rookie person. So we had a another one come out to help.

Agents installed sound at and remote. They arrived on time but had a lot of difficulty trying to program the Harmony remote. Once finished, I feel they could have spent more time going over the operation of the new system as I ran into a lot of problems after they left.
