Geek squad is great to work with and always available when needed

I scheduled 2 visits via Best Buy chat, I needed a 4K connected to a 4k receiver with surround sound. I gave chat the devices and explained numerous times what I need. First GEEK came in with a later and said "it's not me you need, I repair". I applaud him for his honesty. He said there was no detail on his ticket. The 2nd chat was a reshedule. A contractor for Best Buy arrived. Saifd "it's not me. I'll have to charge you a lot more". His ticket had zero information. My Best Buy charge was $49.00 because I have Best Buys annual Geek Squad serive. The contractors charge was $579. for a partial fix. I will never use Best Buy again for technology. They are great with appliances.
