Love the ARC soundbar. I have it coupled with a Gen 2 Subwoofer. Sound is awesome. Geek Squad installed and set it up from the Sonos app.

The initial installation was very good; however, the follow up has been non-existent. Talk about customer no-service; this is the epitome. I have several problems that I think could be resolved on the phone or with on-line help but I cannot get any help. I'm told that your techs can't make house calls, but how about using them for telephone and on-line support.

The sound quality is amazing! It really makes my living room like a movie theater. So happy with this purchase and it is extremely compatible with the 8K TV that I bought at Best Buy.

Geek squad provides the best service with anything that they install or repair. My TV, Surround Sound, Subwoofer and universal remote all work so well and they are great about explaining everything and making sure you can use it. Love the Geek Squad !

The installer was excellent however the product does not work and I am NOT happy with the result of the Geek Squad person that came out to resolve the sound bar issue. His resolve was for ME to pack it up and take back to Best Buy I purchased the service program, both my husband and I are 81 years old and handicapped, It will be very difficult for me to get the products into a box and return.....why did I pay for this...His answer was that this was the Best Buy Pollicy

The Geek Squad, Tristan and Ty were superb. The worked efficiently, professionally and smartly AND were very personable and friendly. Excellent craftsmanship on the mountings and setup.

Derrick had to scramble to get the correct equipment for the scheduled installation which was delayed because he was not provided complete information so we basically lost the morning waiting. However, once he was ready late in the afternoon, Derrick stayed until about 8 pm to get the installation correct. He did a remarkable job and we were lucky to have him do the work.

We arranged for the Geek Squad to install/ connect the sound bar to the TV. The installer was right on time, found we needed another part. He went to next call and returned a short time later after we were able to get the needed part. He was very informative, and answered all of our questions . A very pleasant experience.

The agents installed the 65 inch Sony on the wall mount. I decided with my console that I needed a TV stand..So I purchased a large TV stand for the TV to be on & removed it from the wall mount.

The agent, came and went thru all areas I was having trouble with and verified what I was Experiencing by hearing it himself so he quickly fixed the problem by going thru the sound controls on the sound bar remote and cleared up the echo on sound bar and adjusted it, so sound would stay on when I fast forward it or reversed it. he was patient and polite as always and I can't thank Geek Squad personnel enough !!!! Thank you.

The agent did an excellent job in installing my Sony TV and Sony sound bar. The two guys who work together was very organized and both knew what they were doing. They told me step by step what they were doing. They made sure I was happy with they work.
EXCELLENT SERVICE…. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL…
