    Best buy scheduled a set up by an outside company to install a new smart tv and a new sound bar. They also moved our old tv and sound system to another room. They were great, spent a lot of time setting everything up, showed us how to us it etc. But... the sound system wasn't working right, thought it was defective, returned it, had the geek squad install it. Geek squad said it wasn't defective, but not installed properly by the other guys.
