    The Tech. says the volume on my remote and the sound bar are un capatable...why is this since the TV is a Samsung and so is the soundbar???

    Installation was fine; however, the mess they made when cutting to place the speakers on the ceiling was terrible. Dust everywhere! I had to bring in a cleaning lady to clean the entire house. The dust went through the air vents and spread throughout the house. I called several times to speak with the associate I was working with and he never returned my calls. It's obvious they do this all the time, why would they not cover the furniture or better yet use a cone around the area they were working on to collect the dust. My husband plans on going to the store and speaking with a manager about this.
