Last minute surprise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had booked the TV mounting and sound bar mounting online and confirmed the order over the phone with a Geek Squad rep. I had clearly mentioned that mounting was over a fireplace and required sound bar hook up which we had purchased through Best Buy as well. She assured to have noted everything and said it is covered in the price of my order which was already paid. When the technicians showed up they said there is an extra charge for sound bar hook up and pretty much declined to do the set up if we don't pay for the sound bar. With no choice left, I ended up paying extra fee for it. I will there was more clear communication when the order was being confirmed to avoid last minute surprises. I also checked locally and sound bar set up is usually free with TV mounting.
