Scott wasn’t the friendliest guy. Seemed like he didn’t want to be bother. I tried asking a couple of questions very vague! Wasn’t too knowledgeable. So I called Sonos and they answered my questions.

The verdict is still out on this item. Dialogue seems more understandable but there's a bass presence that's sometimes disconcerting. I often thing there's a bit truck outside the house. If I ignore that (and it isn't constant), it's a plus addition.

I gave this rating because i had some hick-ups through the whole process of paying for the set and and the actual installation.

I had booked the TV mounting and sound bar mounting online and confirmed the order over the phone with a Geek Squad rep. I had clearly mentioned that mounting was over a fireplace and required sound bar hook up which we had purchased through Best Buy as well. She assured to have noted everything and said it is covered in the price of my order which was already paid. When the technicians showed up they said there is an extra charge for sound bar hook up and pretty much declined to do the set up if we don't pay for the sound bar. With no choice left, I ended up paying extra fee for it. I will there was more clear communication when the order was being confirmed to avoid last minute surprises. I also checked locally and sound bar set up is usually free with TV mounting.
