One needs to only see this in action once to know it was a good purchase.

After they fixed my audio. They change a cable for my hard wire internet. Not it does not work. I only have wireless that I set Up.. I have paid for 2 internet connect so far this year so I will not pay again for this service.

they came on time and did a great job installing our systems.

The agent was punctual and highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.

The verdict is still out on this item. Dialogue seems more understandable but there's a bass presence that's sometimes disconcerting. I often thing there's a bit truck outside the house. If I ignore that (and it isn't constant), it's a plus addition.
