We bought a new TV and needed a soundbar to go with it. The Geeks came in and set both up for us. The sound is great out of the soundbar, and we use the same remote as the TV to control it!!!

Arrived when scheduled and actually accomodated need for minor time adjustment. Everything was installed as we hoped (SONOS bar is upside down however, but not a big deal). Clean and courteous techs who took the time to program everything as well as provide a lesson for use.

The 3rd party contractor drove 5 hours to do the set up and installation-he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable.

I can say that the two people who came to my house to hook up my new receiver understood what I wanted and how I wanted it to work. I had some special requests and they understood what I wanted and with a little hookup trial and error got everything working great and just how I wanted it to operate. Great employees.

Tech connected new sound bar to our new tv. He was knowledgeable, very careful with our belongings , when he repositioned our Tv table. He was Friendly & took the time to show me how it worked.

Guys were terrific in every way- professional, efficient, pleasant. We are very pleased with then installation.

The agents came when they said they would, 8:30 am, they quickly set up their ladder, ran wires to the attic through the wall, mounted four ceiling speakers, rewired my receiver, and tested the system. They were done by noon. It all works and it sounds great. They did an excellent job.

I was lucky. I had a great tech. He couldn’t do much with that Bose Bluetooth system I had but because he was so good at what he was doing I had him come back to put in my new wired system. It sounds great and I’m very pleased. He did a great job because he had a good system to work with.

The Squad set up the sound system very quickly and efficiently. They were very helpful in making sure we knew everything we need to know for great sound.

Its Great !! I'm Definitely Enjoying it Now. Just please Remember that because I wasn't satisfied with the Samsung and it wasn't installed correctly, I upgraded to JBL, sent back the Samsung, please adjust the pricing, know what I mean?! Thank you

The geek squad do excellent work and this was no exception. The guys were very professional, explained what the had done. There work is always outstanding no wires showing at all. I have used this service in the past and will continue to use them. Great job by these guys.

The guys set up our Samsung Soundbar system. they were very efficient...polite..and knew what they were doing.

the person that came from Geek squad was super nice and very knowledgeable and fixed the connection problems in no time- also programmed my remotes and adjusted the sound bar- great service!

I already had an LG soundbar, but was still not totally certain of the best method of setting it up. These guys did a great job and the sound is outstanding.
