The former owner had best buy set up the house sound system and recommended I do the same. I gave them a blank check and told them "I stream music off of amazon and files on my pc/phone, and want the tv over the sound system as well". I was using an Onkyo receiver that the former resident had sold to me. Should be simple?! Not quite turn-key as was represented. I had the audacity to text the tech a day later with a question about the system dropping the Bluetooth connection and asking for suggestions on troubleshooting. Crickets... I'm not a tech neophyte and just needed a little direction...

With an awesome setup like this, I'd recommend working with our Magnolia Design Centers within some of our Best Buys. remote audio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Either incorrectly programmed remote or receiver is not behaving as it should, but often picture doesn't come up but sound does, can't get cable to even start, interface has to be not right. When it acts up, it can be a very frustrating, time consuming experience to get it to respond to the venue desired.

If we ever get to have the geek squad member here again (have called and called and called) it might get adjusted. Paid for Geek Squad service. Very disapointed!!
