The former owner had best buy set up the house sound system and recommended I do the same. I gave them a blank check and told them "I stream music off of amazon and files on my pc/phone, and want the tv over the sound system as well". I was using an Onkyo receiver that the former resident had sold to me. Should be simple?! Not quite turn-key as was represented. I had the audacity to text the tech a day later with a question about the system dropping the Bluetooth connection and asking for suggestions on troubleshooting. Crickets... I'm not a tech neophyte and just needed a little direction...

With an awesome setup like this, I'd recommend working with our Magnolia Design Centers within some of our Best Buys. Sound system install gone wrong.

Scheduled for wrong type of install delayed install, reschedule process was not effective and rest of install scheduling was horrible. Not told about all installation fees. Tried to charge almost $300 just for installation of sound bar. Best thing with whole purchase was the politeness of the installer once they got here.

Make sure you get what you pay for

They told me that I didn’t have the correct brackets in order to hang it up.(. But I did In The Box.) ended up installing it by myself. And always double check that the job is done.
