    Train Geek Squad to treat customers with respect

    A Geek Squad technician initially set up my media streaming device with my projector, but it stopped working properly after a few uses. I reached out for further assistance and was informed that Garrett was unavailable until November 3rd, so another technician, Matthew, was assigned. Matthew reached out via text to confirm the setup details, specifically mentioning the Apple TV. When he requested payment, I clarified that the service was still under warranty. After a few exchanges, Matthew accused me of fraud. I am very disappointed with this interaction and request that your team be trained to treat customers with respect. I am happy to share the text messages to the appropriate management team member.

    Guys did a great job installing everything, but I wish I had asked more questions. I didn't realize they set up audio out of the TV without any input to the TV so in order to adjust the speaker I'm going to have to figure out how to setup myself so that I can adjust the speaker

    Had the sound fixed on my receiver to run from TV to speakers. My sound on my PS3 is still not right. When I watch a movie the sound is not working fight from the main stars in the movie. Need to have the guy to tell me what I need to change on the settings.

    First two visits with geek Squad subcontractor - had problems reconnecting multi room speaker system with new receiver. 3rd trip I asked for real Geek squad staff - they got it working.

    The technician was on time, but it seemed like he was in too much of a hurry. I'm still not sure if the system is hooked up the way its suppose to b.

    Reason why I gave a tool star it because the soundbar is cutting in and out volume goes up-and-down.I am not satisfied with this product

    I bought 2 TVs with accessories for close to 5k and spent another $500 on Geek Squad to set up and install.. The TVs are having problems staying on (the 75 keeps turning off each time a change channels) and the 65 won't and never finished the initial channel loading I call Besy Buys 6 times and spoke with a Mgr who assured me we would have Gerk Squad come out and never heard back I called the Gerk Squad Tech who left me his contact info 8 times and emailed him 4 times and he never responded to me I had Visa dispute the purchase and install Worst experience I have ever experienced FYI I just bought 2 days ago another 65inch from Costco I will never give Best Buy my business again

    The agents looked at my soundbar and said it wouldn't work with my LG smart TV. So they would cancel the service call and my $90.00 would be refunded. That never happened. 5 minutes and they were gone. However, I'm still a customer, as a matter of fact I just booked another appointment for this Saturday because I still like and trust the service.

    Make sure Best Buy doesn’t use 3rd Party

    Purchased in home installation with surround sound to run some wires. Best Buy subbed it out to a third party who showed up over 2 hours after the end of the window. The tech initially said he didn’t have the tools to run wires even though it was on work order. After several headaches work was finally completed but the tech didn’t know how to set up the system so I did it on my own which defeated purpose of paying for set up. Have had great experiences when Best Buy sends their techs, so this was disappointing.
